3rd EDITION OF THE FINANCIAL AID DELIVERY CEREMONY TO PEOPLE IN DIFFICULTY

The meeting room, of the Autonomous District of Yamoussoukro, located at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Foundation for Peace Research, hosted on Tuesday March 5, 2024, the 3rd edition of the ceremony for the delivery of financial aid to people in difficulty . The 1st edition took place in 2012 and the 2nd edition was held in 2021.

Indeed, the Autonomous District of Yamoussoukro responded favorably, for this year 2024, to the request for aid from eight (08) diligent people, to the tune of 7 million 200 thousand CFA francs. Mrs. Mariam BAMBA, 1st Vice-Governor, represented the Minister, Governor, Doctor Augustin THIAM.

During this ceremony, the Director of Human Promotion (DPH), Mrs. Aïssata FOFANA underlined the commitment of the Autonomous District of Yamoussoukro alongside people in distress: “We firmly believe that each act of generosity contributes to building a community stronger and more united. May we as a community help work together to support those who need help and create a District where everyone can thrive in every way." She expressed herself.

Following him, Mr. Gninyomo Stéphane took the floor, on behalf of the recipients, to express their gratitude to their benefactor Doctor Augustin THIAM.

We know that the Minister, Governor works a lot for the population of the Autonomous District of Yamoussoukro. We say thank you, thank you and thank you. May God bless him and all his collaborators." He said.
