District Police: Release of the Jean Konan Banny promotion

With fourteen (14) agents, including two ladies, this promotion is named after the late JEAN KONAN BANNY, former Minister of President Félix Houphouët Boigny and first Governor of Yamoussoukro District. The main task of this police unit is to maintain order in the District; to ensure the safety of property and people, and District activities and proximity investigation.
 Before receiving, their stripes, these trainees showed their talent through demonstrations of (techniques of intervention close operation) .Promus in the rank of sergeant, they are now member of the family of non-commissioned armies of the State of Côte d'Ivoire.
 Governor Augustin THIAM has conveyed the gratitude of his counsel to the commander of the Republican Guard No. 2, Lt-Colonel Niangui Loba, for the implementation of this project.
